Jessica Manning is an alternative-R&B artist born in Stockholm, Sweden and raised in Minneapolis, MN where she is based. She draws influence from pop, soul, and electronic music by artists such as Frank Ocean, Solange, and SZA. Her sound incorporates electronic drums and synthesizers to create an atmosphere that her soulful melodies, rich vocals, and potent lyrics soar high above.
Jessica has been performing in the midwest region of the US since the release of What If I Run, securing opening slots for Bad Bad Hats, Jacob Banks, Madison Mcferrin and The Weepies, while performing twice on the iconic First Avenue Mainroom stage. She plans to release new music in 2020 with whom she tapped longtime collaborator Zach Brose to record and produce.
